About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Help in strategizing and executing HR aspects related to intern recruitment (20 interns in one month) and daily reporting management across assigned areas
2. Handle daily reporting updates of intern - onboarding/training/project briefing and reporting
3. Plan and execute general social media campaigns for intern recruitment with the assistance of the PR team
4. Coordinate with all stakeholders to manage the lifecycle of all interns in the organization
5. Suggest to all stakeholders roles and responsibilities where interns can be utilized to enhance their team's productivity
6. Build long-term relationships with colleges for a regular inflow of interns and volunteers
7. Recruit and manage tutors, facilitate their training, and monitor and report their progress (weekly review)
8. Assist senior HR management of the organization in preparing HR policies/calendars and proofreading HR documents
9. Coordinate with project guides and recruited interns for their final internship project report
10. Conduct online surveys via different social media platforms, tabulation, and interpretation of the report
11. Work on content writing for HR-related research articles, social media, and websites
12. Coordinate weekly webinars by domain expert speaker
