Job Description
Key Responsibilities • . Identifying gaps, risks, and areas for improvement. Developing and implementing corrective actions and monitoring compliance effectiveness. • Auditing of labor law compliance, and statutory compliance with the client & Client auditors. Auditing percentage to be maintained above +0%. Auditing observations to be closed before 15 working days and clearance to be sought from the client/client auditors • Ensuring register preparation (CLRA & all other applicable laws) all monthly document submission to the clients for the period specified complied with attendance received from the site. Handling multi accounts simultaneously • Keeping track of amendments in labor laws across India and analyzing applicability/impact. Responsible for updating changes in acts, rules, procedures under compliances • Establishing and maintaining accurate records and documentation related to labor law compliance • Developing and delivering training programs to educate employees, managers, and HR teams on labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Promoting awareness of labor law compliance through regular communications, workshops, and resources • Preparing and submitting required reports, filings, and documentation to government agencies as mandated by labor laws. Ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports, such as employment equity reports, labor-related surveys, and compliance certificates. • Building relationships with external stakeholders, such as labor unions, government agencies, and industry associations, to stay updated on labor law developments and best practices.
