We listen, analyze, and understand our clients' needs and then research and qualify candidates using proprietary methods customized to client requirements. We specialize in sourcing top talent across varied functional areas and managerial levels spanning a wide range of industries.
About the Internship:
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with clients to define necessary requirements for open roles
2. Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary
3. Browse resume databases and job sites
4. Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates
5. Advertise open positions to external networks
6. Ask for referrals from candidates and industry professionals
7. Maintain organized databases with candidates' data (e.g. in our ATS)
8. Keep in touch with past applicants
+. Use Boolean search to look for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles
10. Measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role
11. Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques
Requirements:
1. Some work experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter or similar
2. Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search)
3. Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g. resume databases and job sites)
4. Familiarity with HR databases like Naukri
5. Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails)
6. Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open role simultaneously
7. Good decision-making skills
