About The Work From Home Job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Recruitment And Onboarding
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms
Screen resumes and applications
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Assist in onboarding new employees, including paperwork and orientation
Employee Records
Maintain and update employee records and databases
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations
Employee Relations
Handle basic employee inquiries
Assist in resolving minor conflicts or issues within the workplace
Participate in employee engagement activities
Data Analysis
Analyze HR data to identify trends or areas for improvement
Create reports and presentations for HR management
Documentation And Reporting
Maintain HR documents, both physical and electronic
Generate and maintain HR reports and analytics
Projects And Initiatives
Contribute to HR projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, culture-building activities, or process improvements
Meetings And Communication
Attend HR team meetings and other relevant meetings
Assist in HR communication and announcements
Professional Development
