Post job descriptions on various job portals, and social networking channels2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle which involves sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews3. Use social media networks to look for and connect with potential candidates4. Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates5. Ask for referrals from internal and external networks6. Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals7. Work on database management8.
