Job Description
The HR Intern will provide valuable support to the Human Resources department, assisting with various HR functions and initiatives. Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment tasks, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and assisting with exit interviews.
• Maintain employee data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
• Aid in employee relations by responding to inquiries, resolving basic issues, and escalating complex matters.
• Coordinate training sessions and assist in the development of training materials.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws is a plus.
• Previous HR internship or work experience is beneficial but not required.
