Responsibilities :
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings.
• Support the candidate screening and selection process.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants.
• Prepare onboarding materials and schedules for new hires.
• Help facilitate new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.

Requirements :
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and prioritization skills.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
