Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR intern to join our team. The HR intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources while supporting the HR department in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in job postings on various platforms.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate communication with candidates.
Onboarding Assistance:
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
Prepare new hire paperwork and conduct orientation sessions.
Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the organization.
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and databases.
Assist in organizing HR-related documents.
Handle general HR inquiries and provide support as needed.
Training and Development:
Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
Coordinate training logistics and communicate with participants.
Help track training attendance and feedback.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior HR experience or relevant internship is a plus.
