Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. As an HR
Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment projects, working closely
with the HR team to meet client requirements and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening
• resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments through phone screenings and interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand their recruitment needs
• and requirements.
• Support in drafting job descriptions and job advertisements.
• Participate in recruitment drives, career fairs, and other hiring events as needed.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and managing documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business
• Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
