Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Intern - Talent Acquisition. The Intern - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will also assist in employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment activities.
Qualifications
• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring
• Strong interviewing skills
• Knowledge of employer branding strategies
• Ability to effectively source and attract candidates
• Experience with recruitment technologies and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the HR or recruitment field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
