Human Resource Internship
JOB TYPE: Internship/Work from Home
Stipend: Unpaid or Performance-Based
Duration: 4 months (4-5 hours per day)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
screening potential employees' resumes.
● Managing the recruitment and selection process. Managing company staff,
including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process.
● Handling employees, adequate induction, training process, and working with all
departments in a company
● Developing and implementing HR strategies, monthly and weekly plans, and
initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
● Good exposure to Cold Calling
● Scheduling and Tracking the Shortlisted Candidates until they join.
● Experience in pre-joining and post-joining formalities.
● Candidate must possess reasonable Confidence, Multitasking ability, and time.

● Update our internal database with new candidates' information, including contact information and
hiring details.
● Train the team and get connected with them.
Skill(s) required:
● Can start the part-time job/internship immediately.
● Are available for 4 months (Part-time allowed).
● Have relevant skills and interests.
● Proactive, conscientious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual with excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
● Willingness to learn, listen to feedback, and ask questions

● Prior Past Internship experience.
