Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The HR Intern will support HR operations, gain valuable exposure to various HR functions, and develop skills in recruitment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Support onboarding processes and conducting new hire paperwork.
• Assisting handling employee inquiries related to benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Provide administrative support in HR-related projects and initiatives.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR and career development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with multiple departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Skills s Competencies:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Time management and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of HR processes and practices is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
