Job Description
1.Recruitment Support:
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Participate in interview processes as needed.
2.Employee Onboarding:
Coordinate new hire orientations.
Prepare onboarding materials and documentation.
Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
3.HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records.
Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports.
Support in day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
4.Employee Engagement:
Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in organizing company events and activities.
5Training and Development:
Help coordinate training sessions and workshops.
Assist in tracking employee training and development activities.
6.Compliance:
Support in maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Assist in updating employee handbook and related documentation.
Qualifications:
1.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
4.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
