Job Description :

We are seeking an HR intern to join our team. This is a paid internship position, with a monthly stipend of INR 10,000 (plus performance-based bonuses).

The successful candidate will work at the office and will assist our HR department in various HR-related tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

To qualify for this role, you should be a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual who is ready to take on the challenge of supporting our HR functions.

You will be responsible for assisting with recruitment efforts, coordinating employee onboarding and training programs, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Responsibilities :
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and personal information.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, including researching relevant legislation and updating company policies and procedures as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as managing correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining HR files and databases.

Requirements :
• Fluency in English (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
• Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legislation
• Cultural awareness (ability to bridge the gap between Japan and English-speaking countries)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• A genuine interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field

Term of the Internship :

The internship will last for 4-6 months (with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role based on performance).
