Job description

Position: HR Intern

Location: [Kozhikode, Kerala]

Reports To: HR Manager

Summary:

Assist the HR team with various administrative and operational tasks. Gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR processes.

Qualification:MBA(HR),MSW

Key Responsibilities:

Support recruitment efforts (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling).

Maintain and update employee records.

Assist with onboarding and offboarding.

Help organize employee events and gather feedback.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and handle day-to-day inquiries.

Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR or a related field.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.

Duration: 3-6 Months

Compensation: 10000
