We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day human resources operations, handling recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for working in a creative, fast-paced environment and who can manage the unique HR needs of the influencer marketing and digital content creation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, focusing on non-IT roles such as marketing, influencer management, and content creation.
• Post job ads on various platforms, screen applications, and coordinate interviews.
• Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding of employees.
• Employee Engagement:
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive and creative work culture.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and address any queries or concerns.
• Implement programs to enhance employee retention and job satisfaction.
• HR Administration:
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
• Handle payroll inputs, leave management, and other administrative tasks in coordination with the finance department.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, assisting in HR audits when needed.
• Performance Management:
• Assist in the performance review process, ensuring timelines are met and feedback is documented.
• Support managers in identifying training and development needs and coordinating relevant training programs.
• HR Reporting:
• Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, turnover, employee engagement, and other key metrics.
• Provide insights on improving HR processes and contribute to HR strategy discussions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, particularly in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement (preferably within digital media, advertising, or creative sectors).
• Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
