As an HR intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR policies and Procedures. Your attention to detail and organizational Skills will be utilized in maintaining accurate employee records and assisting with various HR related activities.
★ Roles and Responsibilities
- Update our internal database with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Screen resumes and application forms.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts.
- Prepare HR related reports as needed.
☆Location - Remote (Work from Home)
☆ Duration - 2 months (Unpaid)
★ Required Skills and Requirements-
- Strong Organisation and Management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Experience with MS office.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
