Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern at Jarvis Technology and Strategy Consulting located in New Delhi. The intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management tasks on-site.

Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing HR policies and managing employee benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources Management or related field is a plus

Internship Period : 3-6 Months

Stipend : Paid Internship
