We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Intern - Recruitment to join our team. The HR Intern will support the HR department in a variety of functions, including recruitment, training and development.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation.
• Assist with various HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee files, preparing reports, and organizing HR-related events.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a degree in HR or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
