Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a focus on sales positions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for sales roles, demonstrating a keen ability to identify, attract, and engage top sales talent.
Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various sales positions, including Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Sales Representatives.
• Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Job Posting: Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company website.
• Networking: Utilize networking techniques, industry contacts, and social media to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Interviewing: Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates’ skills, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Coordination: Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific needs and requirements for each sales role.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Reporting: Track and report on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, with a focus on sales recruitment.
• In-depth knowledge of sales roles and industry standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
