Responsibilities
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including resume screening, conducting initial interactions, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
• Support onboarding activities such as preparing necessary documents, coordinating orientation sessions, and facilitating a smooth integration for new employees.
• Manage and update employee information, including attendance and leave records.
• Assist in planning and organizing team-building events, recognition initiatives, and employee surveys to enhance workplace engagement.
• Participate in creating and implementing HR policies, performance evaluations, and HR analytics reports.
• Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Prepare and circulate HR communications, including presentations and announcements.
• Ensure all HR records comply with data security and confidentiality standards.
• Conduct research on the latest HR practices, employment regulations, and workplace trends to suggest improvements.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the HR team.
