About the Role
We are seeking passionate and proactive L&D Executives to join our growing team in Pune. This role is crucial to shaping our learning culture, driving skill development, and implementing training programs aligned with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
πΉ Learning & Development Strategy
β’ Design and implement the annual L&D strategy and training calendar aligned with business goals.
β’ Conduct functional training needs analysis (TNA) and Individual Development Plan (IDP) assessments post-appraisal.
β’ Develop and deliver training modules using adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE).
β’ Lead content curation initiatives and establish internal and external knowledge networks.
β’ Implement programs to upskill, reskill, and future-proof the workforce.
πΉ Program Management & Delivery
β’ Lead technical and behavioral training programs across levels.
β’ Manage flagship leadership development programs for mid- and senior management.
β’ Oversee training operations, including vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, and feedback reporting.
β’ Drive completion of mandatory trainings and maintain employee-wise calendars on the LMS.
β’ Use multiple mediums (e-learning, tutorials, coaching) to reinforce learnings.
πΉ Technology & Innovation
β’ Implement automated systems and SOPs for consistent, scalable L&D practices.
β’ Evaluate and integrate new learning technologies and platforms.
β’ Track training impact through dashboards and ROI analysis.
πΉ Collaboration & Talent Development
β’ Work closely with HRBPs, functional heads, and factory managers to identify skilling needs.
β’ Develop a pool of internal trainers and provide facilitation skill development.
β’ Coordinate with academic institutes and external partners for knowledge management initiatives.
β’ Support Talent Management & Transformation efforts through well-designed development activities.
Qualifications
β’ Postgraduate degree in HR / Social Work / Psychology from a recognized institute.
β’ 5-10 years of experience in L&D, Talent Development, or HR Operations.
β’ Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
β’ Certification in behavioral assessments or psychometrics is a plus.
