Job Summary:

Kanwood International Private Limited, operating under the brand 1.2%, is seeking a motivated and responsible HR Executive to support our growing team. You will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee training, record management, and upholding our workplace culture. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, owns responsibilities, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Salary Bracket : 20000-25000

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, interviewing, hiring.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.

• Plan and coordinate onboarding processes and orientation sessions.

• Facilitate and track employee training and development programs.

• Promote and reinforce the company’s culture and core values.

• Support daily HR operations and ensure compliance with HR policies.

• Address employee queries and foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar HR role preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Strong sense of ownership with a proactive “doer” mindset.

• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

• Familiarity with MS Office and HRMS tools.

• Preference given to candidates residing near Krishna Nagar.
