Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in New Delhi. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, managing recruitment and selection, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, and supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Other day-to-day tasks include managing employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and job descriptions in detail.

• Source potential candidates through various channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, internal database, referrals, etc.).

• Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist candidates.

• Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

• Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

• Assist in onboarding and documentation formalities when required.

• Ensure timely closures of open positions with quality candidates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven interest or experience in recruitment (3-4 years).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Proficient with MS Office and recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
