Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources in our Apparel/Retail business. The role involves driving recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and performance management to ensure a productive and positive workplace aligned with company goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven HR experience in the Apparel/Retail industry

• Strong knowledge of Indian Labor Laws

• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment & onboarding

• Employee engagement & relations

• Payroll & statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity)

• Ensuring labor law, factory & retail compliance

• Performance management & policy implementation

Requirements:

• Experience: 4-7 years in HR, preferably in the Apparel or Retail industry

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian Labor Laws, factory & retail compliance

• Skills: Excellent communication, people management, and leadership skills

• Expertise: Recruitment & onboarding, employee engagement, payroll & statutory compliance, performance management, policy implementation
