WE NEED HR PEOPLES WHO HAVE WORKED PREVIOUSLY IN A B2B INDUSTRYShift Timing: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PMBeing actively involved in recruitment and managing the hiring process.Conduct the first round of interviews.Providing counseling on policies and procedures.Develop training and development programs.Assist in Performance management processes.Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.And, other HR menial tasks
