Job Overview:
• Employee Relations : Must have extensive experience in coaching, counseling disciplinary and re-structuring in compliance with local employment laws and in line with corporate and local country policies.
• Strong knowledge and experience in developing policies and procedures
• Talent Strategy : Support implementation of Talent Strategy for businesses in partnership with the leadership team
• Exceptional collaboration skills which help co-create agenda and plans in consultation with business and other HR stakeholders
• Employee Engagement & Connect : Lead and anchor all engagement initiatives, action planning, leadership connect and communication initiatives
• People analytics : draw meaningful insights that will inform talent decisions at every level
• Build and Grow HR and recruitment Team - Grow talent acquisition team to build talent pipelines for current and future job openings, while coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Head Hunting : An integral part of the job will be headhunting for leadership team.
