Role Description
This is a full-time role located in Kanpur for a Human Resources Manager. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, and other HR-related tasks. This individual will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
• At least 6 months of proven experience in Human Resources, with experience leading and developing a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and regulations, including employment laws, compliance, and compensation and benefits
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidential information
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS
