Responsibilities

▪ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

▪ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

▪ Manage the recruitment and selection process in technical and non-technical

▪ Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and retention

▪ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

▪ Assess training individual training and development needs, schedule and conduct development training sessions independently or along with Chief People Officer

▪ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

▪ Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment

▪ Develop compensation, benefits and incentive plans

▪ Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers

▪ Develop and implement programs that strengthen inclusiveness as we expand our geographic footprint

▪ Ensure legal compliance(s)

▪ Oversee office administration

Requirements

▪ 3+ years’ experience in human resources management

▪ A degree in HR management

▪ A high energy can-do mindset

▪ Should be fluent in English
