Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations
• Ensure that the company's HR practices and procedures are up-to-date and in line with best practices
• Manage the recruitment process from posting job openings to onboarding new employees
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues such as benefits, compensation, and employee relations
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback to management
• Manage the payroll system and ensure that all employee information is accurate and up-to-date
• Prepare and analyze HR-related reports and metrics for management
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary action
• Ensure compliance with all applicable HR-related laws and regulations
• Provide training to employees on HR-related topics
• Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in HR management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and legal compliances related to HR
• Experience managing payroll systems and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related software
Salary Package:
The salary package for this position ranges from 3.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
