Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Human Resources Manager to join our team. This is an on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies, and providing guidance and support to employees.

• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in recruitment and selection processes
• Knowledge of performance management systems
• Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Relevant HR certifications
