Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systemsProvide counseling on policies and proceduresBe actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring processCreate and implement effective onboarding plansDevelop training and development programsAssist in performance management processesDevelop performance enhancement systemsSupport the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
