Job Summary: As the HR Manager at Smart Bridge, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function. You will play a pivotal role in driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and overall HR strategy. Your primary objective will be to support the company's growth and ensure a positive work environment for our employees. Key Responsibilities: • Talent Acquisition: • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations. • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals. • Employee Relations: • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. • Foster a positive work culture through effective communication and conflict resolution. • Conduct regular employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities. • Performance Management: • Implement and oversee the performance appraisal process. • Work with department heads to set performance goals and monitor employee progress. • Develop and administer training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. • HR Policies and Compliance: • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with relevant labor laws and regulations. • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain accurate employee records. • Benefits Administration: • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans. • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and enrollment. • Onboarding and Offboarding: • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training. • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to improve retention strategies. • HR Analytics and Reporting: • Compile and analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management. • Prepare regular HR reports for the CEO and other stakeholders. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. • 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Working Conditions: • This is a full-time, in-office position in Hyderabad, India. • Occasional travel may be required for recruitment activities or training
