Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Servewell HR. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, managing recruitment, conducting training programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and handling employee relations. This role is located in Kolar.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Training, and Employee Relations skills

• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations

• Experience in payroll management and HR administration

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Certifications in HR management or related areas are a plus
