Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Kalyan. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Day-to-day tasks include developing HR policies, conducting interviews, managing employee records, and facilitating training and development programs. The role also involves handling employee grievances, managing payroll, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a BPO or similar service industry is a plus
