Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of admin & HR operations of the company. This role involves handling Payroll,general

administrative works, manage recruitment & selection process, planning and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

 Administrative & Human Resource:

o Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goal & strategy, manage payroll so should have hands on experience in Payroll

o Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires

o Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution

o Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, gratuity fund, and other employee perks

o Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in employment legislation

o Handle employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner, fostering a positive work environment and addressing concerns promptly

o Prepare and submit reports to relevant authorities and stakeholders as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree in business administration / human resource discipline. MBA from reputable institutions is a plus

 5 years of experience in HR operations in a managerial role, preferably in ship management

 In depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations

 Strong leadership and people management skills.

 Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Admin & HR experience in multinational organization (with headcount 100) will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions:

 This role may require occasional travel to branch offices to meet with local team.

 Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
