Human Resources Manager
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Job description
• Identify hiring needs for the organization
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
• Measure employee retention and turnover rates
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department
• Manage the daily attendance and employee data base management.
• Manage the monthly payroll.
• Should handle the employee grievance & employee engagement activities
• Should carry out the exit formalities.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Undertake tasks around performance management
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Organizing training & development initiatives.
• Statutory Compliances.

• Excellent understanding on core HR Functions
• Should be able to multi task and get things done
• Maintaining effective relations with the company employees and maintaining a positive work culture
• Problem-Solving Approach
• Good Knowledge on MS Excel and Microsoft Office tools
• Exceptional Written & Verbal Communication Skills
