The Job:

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent, collaborating with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, experience in lieu of degree considered

• HR Certification preferred (SHRM/PHR)

• 5+ years of HR experience, multi-state multi-site

• Experience utilizing ADP WFN

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to travel up to 25%
