Committed to a high level of customer service
This individual will be responsible for compiling and maintaining personnel records, weekly earnings, supervisory reports, providing leadership and support in functional areas of human resources including recruitment, employment, personnel records, employee relations, benefits administration and payroll
Provide Human Resource Manager services including compliance with regulatory agencies
Provide direction to employees in resolution of problems related to benefits, company policies and regulations, etc
Schedule and create project assignment to meet completion dates
Source, screen, and recommend candidates for employment and conduct new employee orientation
Develop, write, and update equal opportunities programs
Facilitate internal/external Health and Wellness activities
Create and facilitate communication and employee involvement initiatives
Administer local salary performance review procedure, and employment related policies and procedures
