Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation as an HR professional and a desire for increased responsibility

Support the U.S. business in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall HR strategy and business direction

Lead talent sourcing, recruitment, engagement, and retainment strategies to meet business needs

Effectively communicate, establish trust, and maintain positive employee relations with all levels of management and employees

Be a partner and resource to managers on HR related matters

Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it's high-quality and up to date, providing clarity and connection for employees

Ensure HR policies and practices are effectively communicated and compliant with all applicable local law/regulations

Partner with Global Talent & Career Development Manager to create and deploy talent solutions and programs that support the professional growth of employees

Promote an inclusive culture that focuses on diverse backgrounds, skill sets, and opinions

Consult on a variety of complex employee relations issues such as corrective actions, policy violations and performance issues

Develop and implement processes to facilitate organization changes and support with appropriate change management processes

Establish and monitor HR related metrics for site

Handle confidential matters with discretion

Lead in a fast-paced environment open to experimentation and continuous improvement

Human Resources Manager – Americas

Purpose

The Avire Americas team is looking for a highly driven human resources professional intent on developing, deploying, and protecting the most important aspect of our business – our people! Your challenge is to continually develop internal talent, recruit exceptional talent, foster an inclusive and high performing culture, and partner with the Americas team to align on the strategic direction of the business.
