Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager at Uconnect International Education Hub in Vadodara. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy implementation The role also involves collaborating with department managers to align HR strategies with organizational goals and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws.

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies

• Proficiency in HR software and systems

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus
