Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer at THE SUPREME INDUSTRIES LIMITED (PLASTIC PIPES & FITTING DIVISION) located in Gohad. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and developing job descriptions.

Qualifications

HR Management and HR Policies skills

Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations

Job Description Development skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field,
