Human Resources Operations Specialist
Key HR Operations Role
• Lead and manage all aspects of human resources operations including day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations by conducting regular audits and providing training to staff.
• Oversee the management of HR information systems and other HR software.
• Drive strategic HR projects and initiatives such as system upgrades, process improvements, and organizational changes.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Manage contract labour and liaison with external stakeholders.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and employee development programs.
• Handle grievances, legal matters, and discipline management in accordance with company policies.
• Administer employee benefits and communicate program details effectively.
Qualification Requirements
• Proven experience as an HR Operations Manager or similar role with a minimum of 10+ years of experience.
• MBA or equivalent qualification; law degree is an added advantage.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, laws, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Analytical skills for HR data management and reporting.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
