Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Recruiter to join our team and support our recruitment efforts in the Machine manufacturing industries. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent, ensuring a diverse and qualified workforce to meet the dynamic needs of our organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for all assigned positions
· Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels
· Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
· Coordinate travel, cab facilities, and accommodation as required
· Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
· Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Graduate in HR or related field
· 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (Factory & Office both)
· Strong hands-on recruitment experience
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
