Salary Package: 20,000 - 40,000 per month
Work timing: 10 am-07 pm
working days 5.5 days (Saturday is a half day)

As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting qualified candidates for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various positions, including job posting, resume screening, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and organizational culture.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Conduct thorough and effective interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their recruitment requests and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices to optimize the recruitment process.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or Recruitment Specialist, preferably in a consultancy or staffing agency.
• Sound knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and techniques.
• Familiarity with various sourcing channels and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
