Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Fincall Insurance Marketing Consultants Pvt Ltd, located in Navi Mumbai. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, handling personnel management, and ensuring the overall HR management of the organization. Daily tasks will include recruitment and selection, employee engagement, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and conducting training and development programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, HR Policies

• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

• Proven experience in maintaining compliance with labor laws

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
