We're looking for a Human Resources Executive with 1.5 to 2 years of experience.

What You'll Do:

• Employee Relations & Support: Serve as a compassionate and diplomatic point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

• Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, from documentation to orientation, and manage smooth offboarding processes.

• HR Operations & Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases (HRIS), and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies in India.

• Recruitment Support: Assist with various stages of the recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Policy Implementation: Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring clarity and consistent application.

• Performance Management Support: Assist with performance review cycles, providing administrative support and helping facilitate constructive feedback processes.

• Learning & Development: Identify basic training needs and assist in coordinating learning and development initiatives to support employee growth.

• Culture Building: Actively contribute to initiatives that promote our company values and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• 1.5 to 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably within a dynamic environment.

• A composed and grounded individual who can handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.

• A strong ability to understand and empathize with others' perspectives, building trust and rapport with employees at all levels.

• Proven ability to navigate complex situations and difficult conversations with tact, fairness, and a focus on positive outcomes.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and persuasively.

• Solid understanding of HR best practices and Indian labor laws.

• Proficiency in HR software/HRIS (mention specific systems if applicable, e.g., "familiarity with Zoho HR," "experience with SAP SuccessFactors" etc., otherwise keep it general).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• A proactive and collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
