Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team.
The HR Specialist will be responsible for a range of HR-related tasks, including recruitment and staffing, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment and staffing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and making job offers.
Foster positive employee relations by providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues.
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct performance evaluations and develop performance improvement plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining employee files and records, monitoring leave and attendance, and managing disciplinary actions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and recommend improvements to HR policies and procedures as needed.
Provide regular reports and analysis on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and training effectiveness.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in HR information systems and software, with experience using HR metrics to drive decision-making.
