Description
• Receive incoming calls and emails; take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate executive of staff member.
• Provide required support to field Sales Team.
• Co-coordinating with Sales Team for daily reporting and compilation of report person-wise in a given format.
• Handling Front Office
• Guest / Visitors Management & hospitality
• Housekeeping of office & monitoring staff attendance
• Execution of administrative work assigned by Directors thru Office boys / assistants.
• Incoming / outgoing calls management
• Maintain daily incoming & outgoing registers for courier, post & office consumables.
• Co-ordinate for upkeep of sufficient inventory requirements of crockery, milk, sugar, tea, perfumes, biscuits, stationery etc. along with Asst. Manager- Admin.
• Co-ordinate with Vendor for marketing.
• Check Property Portal & Lead Distribution _Generate Report.
