Talent & Recruitment Team Overview
The primary focus of the Talent & Recruitment team is to co-design, implement and measure talent acquisition and management solutions, enabling best practice recruitment and succession planning. The team has a dual-facing role, partnering with leadership teams across the sporting sector to guide, support and enhance talent acquisition based on data and consultation.
About the Role
The Recruitment Officer ASC 4 (APS 5 Equivalent) is responsible for end-to-end recruitment practices for the ASC, providing advice and support on processes, procedures, and recruitment related activities. This includes administering the eRecruitment system, maintaining accurate information and providing user support, reviewing selection reports, developing employment offers, coordinating the onboarding process and supervising and managing the Recruitment hub.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for the ASC.
Act as the first point of contact for complex administration tasks and be a point of contact for staff.
Provide best practice advice to hiring managers on effective screening and selection methods to assist with best talent recruitment.
Represent the Talent and Recruitment team on all recruitment matters and provide guidance where required to stakeholders and colleagues.
About You
To be successful in this role you will possess the following capabilities:
Proven capability in Recruitment with demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Experience in the use of Acendre or similar eRecruitment system.
Demonstrated experience in interpreting, applying and advising on Enterprise Agreements, policy and procedure and HR best practice.
Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
